　　本报讯（记者王聪聪）中国青年报社调中心日前通过题客调查网进行的一项调查显示，46.0%的人感觉新医改以来看病难、看病贵有所改善，8.6%的人持相反态度，38.0%的人感觉和原来差不多，7.4%的人表示“不好说”。全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）8090人参与调查，18～45岁的青年占89.5%。

　　进一步分析发现，不同地区的公众感受有所不同。认为看病难看病贵有所改善的，农村居民多于城市居民。调查中，28.3%的人感觉当前医患关系较好，59.6%的人持相反观点，12.1%的人表示“不好说”。

　　公众期待两会推动哪些医疗问题进一步改革？63.1%的人希望提高医保报销比例；59.2%的人建议完善大病医疗补助制度；55.7%的人期待医保覆盖更大范围人群。接下来还有：建立疾病应急救助制度（49.3%）；革除以药补医弊病，杜绝过度医疗（48.0%）；实现先看病后付钱（41.5%）；实现全国医保统筹，解决异地就医结算难题（41.4%）；扩大医保范围，增加康复护理保险（39.8%）；取消公务员公费医疗制度，全面加入医保（38.3%）；促进小病在社区和乡镇卫生院就医习惯形成（34.0%）；解决“医闹”问题，保障和谐医患关系（30.5%）；推进医生多点执业（29.8%）等。
