记者27日从国家药典委员会获悉：《中国药典》2010年版第二增补本(以下简称“增补本”)工作已完成，其中首次对中药材及饮片二氧化硫残留限量标准进行了明确规定。

　　增补本明确，中药材及饮片(矿物来源的中草药材除外，下同)中亚硫酸盐残留量(以二氧化硫计，下同)不得超过150毫克/公斤，山药、牛膝、粉葛、天冬、天麻、天花粉、白及、白芍、白术、党参等10种中药材及其饮片中亚硫酸盐残留量不得超过400毫克/公斤。

　　北京大学药学院教授屠鹏飞表示，目前我国中药材种植和产地初加工的基本状况大多以个体农户为主，硫磺熏蒸法仍然是传统习用的简便、易行方法。在中药材加工过程中，硫磺燃烧生成的二氧化硫气体可以杀死药材内的害虫，抑制细菌、霉菌的活性，形成的亚硫酸盐类物质具有抗氧化作用，有利于中药材加工贮藏。
