    问题一：服用避孕药推迟月经期是否可行？

    阮祥燕：为了特别的原因必须要推迟月经期的，最有效的方法是口服避孕药，不过尽量选择低剂量为好，但对于体重较重的女性来说可能效果不太好，体重重的应该服用常规量的避孕药才会有效果。

    阮祥燕：服用避孕药的常见副作用是恶心、呕吐、头晕等，漏服会导致不规律子宫出血，这些副作用发生率很低，只要是正规用药，停药后一般不会出现月经紊乱。
