　　本报讯 (记者冯冯)月经是女性健康的晴雨表，一般每次月经的出血量约为20~60毫升，如超过80毫升即为月经量过多，属于病理状态。中山大学附属孙逸仙纪念医院妇产科谢梅青教授介绍，引起月经量过多的常见原因主要有以下几点：

　　1.妇科肿瘤：子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、部分卵巢肿瘤等良性疾病可引起月经量过多。

　　2.子宫内膜增生及内膜病变：当子宫内膜长期受到雌激素刺激，容易出现子宫内膜增生，突破性出血，常常伴有月经周期缩短或周期紊乱。值得重视的是，月经量增多尤其是围绝经妇女月经量增多可能是子宫内膜癌或癌前病变的一个早期表现。

　　如果排除了上面这些原因导致的月经量过多，那么很可能就是功能失调性子宫出血(简称“功血”)，即很多人常常提到的内分泌失调。临床上，出现“功血”的女性主要以青春期和围绝经期的女性多见，它不仅仅是女性缺铁性贫血的主要原因，而且还会严重影响女性的身体健康、情绪和生活质量，患者需及时就医。
