　　晚报讯 上海市公积金管理中心昨天发布 《关于调整本市住房公积金存贷款利率的通知》，下调个人住房公积金存、贷款利率。其中，五年期以上个人住房公积金贷款利率由4.70%下调至4.50%。

　　《通知》规定，从2012年7月6日起，下调个人住房公积金存款利率。当年归集的个人住房公积金存款利率由0.40%下调至0.35%；上年结转的个人住房公积金存款利率由2.85%下调至2.60%。从2012年7月6日起，下调个人住房公积金贷款利率。五年期以上个人住房公积金贷款利率由4.70%下调至4.50%；五年期以下（含五年）个人住房公积金贷款利率由4.20%下调至4.00%。2012年7月6日（含7月6日）以后发放的个人住房公积金贷款，执行本通知规定。2012年7月6日前发放的未到期个人住房公积金贷款，自2013年1月1日起按本通知规定执行。从2012年7月6日起，本市利用住房公积金贷款支持保障性住房建设试点项目贷款，贷款利率按照五年期以上个人住房公积金贷款利率上浮10%执行。
