东南网-法制今报7月25日（记者赵忻）为了更好地管理自己的家园，福州武夷绿洲小区的业主们从2011年11月便开始筹备成立业委会。几经周折，业主大会终于在2012年5月27日召开了，可是快两个月了，大会当天的投票箱还未能开箱唱票。业委会成立过程中遭遇了怎样的“拦路虎”？何时才能拿回小区自治权？业主们焦急地等待着。
