本报讯 泰州市日前向社会公开征求对《泰州市推进成品住房开发建设实施意见（草案）》的意见。根据草案，到2015年，该市各中心城区新建住房中成品住房的比例达40%以上。从今年起，新建的各类保障性住房，一律按成品住房标准建设。对购买新建成品普通住房且属于第一套住房的家庭，政府财政给予所购房屋应缴纳契税总额20%的补贴，金融机构给予优先放贷并利率优惠；新建成品住房项目，政府财政给予成品住房开发主体其项目销售总额1%的税费补贴。 （赵晓勇）
