根据市政府《关于研究建设项目用地问题的会议纪要》（137号）意见，为加快我市保障性住房建设、增加保障房供应。经研究，拟对〔龙华新城核心地区〕法定图则04-01地块、04-07地块和04-08地块规划指标等进行调整。

　　具体调整事项如下：

　　一、04-01地块原规划为混合用地（R2+C1），用地面积为34291.50平方米，容积率3.5，配套设施项目名称包括居住区级文化室；调整后，配套设施项目要求增加设置社区体育活动场地。

　　二、04-07地块原规划为混合用地（R2+C1），用地面积为44617.74平方米，容积率4.5，配套设施项目名称包括社区体育活动场地、人行天桥。04-08地块原规划为社会停车场（库）用地（S3），用地面积为7906.22平方米，配套设施项目名称包括3500平方米公交场站、200车位社会停车场（库）。调整后，要求04-07地块和04-08地块进行合并建设，总用地面积为52523.96平方米，全部调整为混合用地（R2+C1），容积率5.0，配套设施项目名称包括人行天桥、附建式公交场站、200车位社会停车场（库）。
