8月3日，上海证大发布公告，有关浙江复星提出的诉讼原定于8月2日举行，目前该聆讯已延期举行，日期尚待确定。此前，复星国际因证大、绿城出售上海外滩8-1地块股权予SOHO中国一事而将交易方告上法庭。
