廉租住房实物配租申请家庭应当符合本市申请准入标准，并且应具备下列情形之一的条件：

　　老年夫妇家庭，指本市无子女且双方年龄均在60周岁以上的夫妇(含本市无子女的60周岁以上单身人士)；

　　重大疾病患者家庭，指家庭成员中有患尿毒症透析、精神病、恶性肿瘤、再生障碍性贫血等重病，并持有本市三等甲级医院病例证明的人员；

　　完全丧失或大部分丧失劳动能力人员的家庭，指家庭成员中有获得本市劳动部门出具《丧失劳动能力程度鉴定证明书》的人员；

　　烈属、因公牺牲人员家属；
