据悉,当年顾家营地块的土地出让金为6.5亿,其中福中公司出资650万,仅占出让金的1%。土地拍卖成功后,福中集团有意向国浩转让所持股份,但过高的要价让外资上市公司国浩难以接受。协调未果后,国浩选择了走法律渠道。2009年12月,江苏省高级人民法院最后裁定,驳回原告国浩公司对被告福中公司的起诉。
