国家统计局13日公布的上半年全国房地产开发和销售情况显示,上半年我国房地产投资达3.06万亿元,同比名义增长16.6%(扣除价格因素实际增长14.3%),但房地产投资增速逐月回落,普通住宅销售面积及销售额均下降,待售面积增加,约224万套住宅商品房待售。但商业地产投资和销售仍较红火。
