中国指数研究院8月1日公布数据显示，2012年7月，全国100个城市（新建）住宅平均价格为8717元/平方米，环比6月上涨0.33%，自上月止跌后再次环比上涨，其中70个城市环比上涨，30个城市环比下跌。
