　　富力地产7月27日发布盈利警告称，集团预期2012年首六个月的未经审核合并纯利将较2011年同期录得大幅减少。富力解释原因是，其向买家交付的总建筑楼面面积及交付物业的毛利较2011年同期减少。今年上半年，富力地产销售业绩较去年有上涨。
