本报讯 国务院督查组对贯彻落实国务院房地产市场调控政策措施情况开展的专项督查，给自5月份以来的楼市价格上涨预期降了温。8月13日，住房和城乡建设部有关部门负责人在接受中国经济时报记者电话采访时表示，如果房价出现趋势性的明显反弹，将会考虑出台新的更严厉的调控措施。
