9月26日，四川、广西两省区政府在成都举行《加快推进建设西南出海大通道暨合作共建北部湾川桂临海产业园协议》签署仪式。

　　根据协议，川桂两省区将加强与重庆、贵州、云南等相邻省（市）合作，共同争取国家支持，进一步做好铁路、高速公路、航空、港口、管道等方面的对接，构建立体化、高效便捷的四川-北部湾出海战略通道。双方将在钦州港大环作业区合作建设两个10万吨级码头，在北部湾钦州港经济技术开发区规划建设钦州川桂临海产业园区，重点发展港口物流、加工贸易、装备制造和外向型产业等。
