国家邮政局近日召开局机关和直属单位干部会议，宣布领导班子补充调整通知。中央组织部和国务院相继下发了关于赵晓光、刘君、徐建洲同志的任免通知：任命赵晓光和刘君同志为国家邮政局党组成员、副局长，免去徐建洲同志国家邮政局党组成员、副局长职务。国家邮政局党组书记、局长马军胜主持会议，并宣读了相关通知。
