　　《通知》明确，自6月1日起，所有新进入示范省份运输市场的“两客一危”车辆及重型载货汽车和半挂牵引车，在车辆出厂前应安装北斗/GPS双模车载终端，重型载货汽车和半挂牵引车应接入全国道路货运车辆公共监管与服务平台。凡未按规定安装或加装北斗/GPS双模车载终端的车辆，不予核发或审验道路运输证。
