4月28日，交通运输部东海第一救助飞行队与上海港公安局、长江航运公安局上海分局签署《警务飞行服务合作协议》，联合建立资源共享、互助支援警务飞行合作机制，为长江口、上海港水域提供联合警务飞行服务，进一步增强长江口、上海港水上救助、治安、船舶消防等水运交通安全保障能力。

　　据了解，今后三方将定期联合开展空中巡航，监控辖区、长江水域、港口的治安、交通动态，及时发现水域、港口重点区域、船舶消防安全隐患，监控反恐安保重点目标的周边态势；共同应对重大突发事件；共同开展演习演练合作；东海第一救助飞行队为公安人员提供专业的培训。双方将适时开展消防灭火、反恐处突等项目的演习、演练，不断增强相互协作配合的能力。
