移民律师李克伦(Richard Kurland)根据《信息自由法》取得去年底实施超级签证拒签原因报告，截至今年3月11日为止，移民部总共发出1,492张超级签证，被拒388宗，9宗自行撤回申请；整体核准率为79%，被拒率为21%。
