举报非法经营旅游业务行为类型包括旅行社、星级饭店、景区、导游等。山西省旅游局称，非法经营旅行主要有两类，未取得旅行社经营许可，从事包价旅游业务的；旅行社未取得出境旅游业务许可，超范围经营出境游、赴台游的。

　　山西省旅游局相关负责人称，举报必须提供相关行为证据，证据形式包括，实物、照片、录像、录音。证据要求，证据必须真实可靠；物证、书证充分、完整、有效。要求举报人可以是自然人或组织。举报行为可以是一项，也可以是多项。
