陕西：足浴场所不得从事医疗行为 shaanxi:Bathing foot which shall not be engaged in medical behavior

　　陕西省卫生厅日前发布的《陕西省足浴行业卫生规范》中规定，足浴场所不得从事医疗行为或宣传医疗作用和效果。

　　为加强足浴行业卫生监督管理，保障消费者健康权益，预防传染病的发生与流行，陕西省卫生厅在规范中规定，足浴场所饮具、毛巾、拖鞋、足浴用容器等重复使用公共用品用具，应当一客一换一消毒。修脚工具应当一客一换一灭菌，提倡使用一次性修脚工具。足浴场所应当配备专(兼)职禁烟劝阻员，并在大厅、过道、足浴间、公共卫生间等设置明显的禁止吸烟警语和标志，并不得配置烟缸等烟具。

　　足浴场所直接为顾客服务的从业人员应当每年进行一次健康检查，取得有效健康合格证明后方可上岗。从业人员如确诊为痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎(甲型、戊型)等传染病及活动性肺结核，手部细菌性、霉菌性感染，化脓性或渗出性皮肤病等疾病的，治愈前不得从事直接为顾客服务的工作。(记者 许祖华)
