　　这个规划明确了“十二五”期间若干重要建设目标，如省、市、县三级食品安全监管队伍全面完成装备配备的标准化建设；食品安全事故防范处置能力大幅度增强，重大食品安全事故能得到有效防范和及时处置；食品污染物和有害因素监测覆盖全部县级行政区域，监测点由344个扩大到2870个，监测样本量从12.4万个／年扩大到287万个／年；食源性疾病监测网络哨点医院由312个扩大到3120个；食品生产经营者安全信用档案全面建立等。(记者朱立毅)
