据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，目前，卫生部出台的《关于加强公立医院廉洁风险防控的指导意见》正面向社会公开征求意见，其中规定医生不收“红”、患者不送红包并双向签字，而且该协议书还将纳入病案管理。
