江西彭泽县农民欧阳升华因到医院做B超检查后仍感觉身体不适，便以为是做B超的医生所致，竟持刀欲将医生杀死。近日，彭泽县人民法院一审以故意杀人罪(未遂)判处欧阳升华有期徒刑一年六个月。
