  医患纠纷人民调解委员会成立1年,平均调解天数仅10天,调解成功数升至上年同期的近3倍。今天,记者从浦东新区医患纠纷人民调解工作办公室(以下简称“新区医调办”)获悉,本市首份医患纠纷人民调解白皮书正式在浦东新区出炉,白皮书用数字说明了人民调解在医患纠纷中发挥的“威力”,也对医患纠纷发生的原因和特点做了具体分析。统计数字显示,医患纠纷中无理取闹的患者仅占2.2%。
