  据悉,为规范餐饮服务食品安全专家的遴选和管理工作,2011年6月,国家食品药品监督管理局出台了《餐饮服务食品安全专家管理办法》,对餐饮服务食品安全专家遴选的工作原则、基本条件、资格要求、产生方式、主要职责、权利义务等进行了规定。2011年9月,国家食品药品监督管理局又印发了《关于印发餐饮服务食品安全专家遴选程序的通知》,对餐饮服务食品安全专家遴选范围、遴选方式、遴选程序、聘用与解聘进行了规定,确保遴选工作公开、公平、公正。
