据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，为促进医生人才资源的合理流动，从今年2月10日起，山东开始试点医师多点执业。记者调查发现，有的试点医院要么还没见动静，要么还没有一个医生申请，医师多点执业遭遇“叫好不叫座”的局面。

　　导致医生多点执业遭遇“叫好不叫座”局面的原因主要有几个方面，首先是一些大型的公立医院医生本身就比较忙，现在光自己本医院的病号都看不完，根本就没有多余时间到别的单位坐诊看病。第二，多点执业本身也给医生带来更多的约束，以前医生出去“走穴”看病基本上看完病或做完手术就直接拿钱走人，这个关系比较简单也比较松散，而现在规定的多点执业对于医生的管理则更加规范，要求医生进行查房坐诊等常规工作。对于原单位的工作本身就很繁重的医生来说，首先在时间上根本不允许，同时医生本身还要考虑和自己本医院的关系，因为这不再是过去那种“走穴”拿钱拉私活的性质，而变成一种比较规范、公开、松散的雇佣关系，自己本单位到底支不支持？是否会影响以后的晋升？这都是一个未知数。山东一位三甲医院的医生跟记者说，自己执业的医院在晋升、申请科研项目，以及退休后的待遇方面，都是非常有优势的，如果因为多点执业而得罪自己医院的话，那是得不偿失的。

　　不少业内人士认为，多点执业是一个大趋势，确实有利于优质资源下沉到基层，更好的为百姓服务，但是目前国家现在只是鼓励多点执业，对于一些比较具体的，比如说坐诊时间、诊疗范围、薪酬待遇和事故责任的认定都没有给出具体可操作的规定。一位医院的领导表示，开展医师的多点执业，需要政府出台更加细化的相关配套措施、保障措施，而且现在没有现成的成功范本可以参照，所以目前很多医院态度都比较谨慎。(记者王成林)
