中新网嘉兴10月24日电(见习记者 赵小燕 通讯员 秀舟)浙江嘉兴某医院在对病人老许进行阑尾炎手术手术时，不慎误缝其输尿管，老许将该医院告上了法庭。23日，秀洲法院开庭审理了此案。
