外周血管可回收支架获批进入河南医院临床应用--亲稳舆论引导监测室

  中新网郑州10月24日电(记者 侯伟胜)近日,由郑州大学第一附属医院放射科韩新巍教授领衔的科研团队研发的血管回收支架(韩新巍式血管回收支架),获国家药监局批准进入临床应用。这标志着中国血管介入治疗达到国际水平。

  据了解,不同原因引起的大血管(动脉或静脉)部分或完全梗阻,均可导致静脉系统淤血或动脉系统远端缺血症状。目前治疗方法多采用球囊扩张成型或永久性血管内支架置入技术,但存在诸多局限性:如单纯球囊扩张成形术术后病变血管壁回缩,易于再发狭窄;而永久性内支架置入,内支架的异物刺激、血管内皮细胞过度增生再狭窄,内支架损伤血管内皮细胞,暴露内皮下组织血小板沉集继发血栓形成、血管再狭窄等,导致狭窄复发等一系列问题。外周血管置入内支架其年再狭窄率高达25%左右,静脉系统置入内支架的年再狭窄率更是居高不下。

  郑大一附院放射介入科针对上述技术存在的不足和血管的解剖结构特点,设计出一种可回收滤器式血管内支架,并于2006年获国家专利。经过对10余例患者的临床应用,证实了这种可回收内支架的技术可行性、安全性和有效性。随后科研团队对全部病人进行了1~5年的密切随访观察研究,证实了下腔静脉可回收内支架的中长期安全性和有效性。一系列充分的实验研究和临床研究表明,其治疗血管狭窄合并血栓安全、有效、可靠。2012年3月在美国迈阿密召开的第一届国际血管外科学术大会上,韩新巍教授就血管内可回收内支架这一专题做了大会发言,受到各国血管外科专家的强烈关注。

  据介绍,血管内可回收支架由网筒状支架部(也称主体部)和端部锥形取出部(也称滤器部)及锥顶处取出钩组成。还具有耐磨、耐腐蚀性及较好的组织相容性等特点。锥形滤器还可以有效地过滤那些被压迫碎裂、脱落的较大血栓。临床工作中依据血管解剖结构和病变特点,可采取一端或两端带滤器的结构,支架部分使用一节、两节或多节结构。(完)
