广州市卫生局副局长邱春雷通报了《广州市关于建立全科医生制度的实施意见》(下简称《实施意见》)的相关情况。从今年起到2020年，在广州市逐步建立起完善的全科医生制度，最终实现城乡每万名居民至少有3名全科医生，全科医生与居民建立稳定的契约服务关系，全面缓解“看病难、看病贵”。
