中新网长沙11月5日电(鲁毅) 湖南新农合通过十年探索和推进广受农民认可，2012年全省参合人数已达4671.16万人(不含长沙等城乡统筹试点地区的农村人口)，参合率达98.22%。截至今年9月底，全省参合农民平均住院费用实际补偿率已达60.63%，其中政策范围内医药住院补偿率达77.20%。
