11月14日是第6个“联合国糖尿病日”。记者今天从市卫生局了解到，2011年，本市18至79岁常住居民的糖尿病患病率达到8.9%，较2008年增加了3.5%。

　　我国9200万糖尿病患者中，近三分之二血糖控制不理想，而餐后血糖显著升高更是中国糖尿病患者的一大特点。中日友好医院内分泌代谢中心主任杨文英教授说，与欧美人相比，中国患者餐后血糖升高的比例更高，达到80%以上；餐后血糖是影响糖化血红蛋白达标的重要因素；糖化血红蛋白又与糖尿病并发症息息相关。杨文英认为，在糖尿病治疗方面，生活方式干预是最基础的治疗措施；如果改变生活方式不能使血糖达标，就应开始药物治疗；如果两种口服药物联合治疗仍然不能控制住血糖，可加用胰岛素治疗；刚刚需要胰岛素治疗且以餐后血糖升高为主的患者可以选择双时相门冬胰岛素50等高预混胰岛素类似物；如果基础胰岛素或预混胰岛素与口服药物联合治疗血糖仍不达标，治疗方案就要调整为每日多次胰岛素治疗。
