　　记者从武汉市民政局了解到，在过去10年里，武汉市先后五次提高低保标准，改善困难群众生活。目前，武汉市共有城乡低保对象14.2万户，共28.8万人，今年将发放低保救助资金总量约7亿元。武汉市计划，到2015年末，全市中心城区居民低保对象每人每月将达920元，新城区为每人每月900元；农村低保标准也将提高到中心城区每人每年5000元，新城区每人每年4500元。
