我国科学家攻克病毒学难题 首次发现乙肝受体--亲稳舆论引导监测室

    乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)及其卫星病毒丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)必须通过结合细胞表面受体分子,才能实现对宿主细胞感染。因此,如能找到该受体,将有助于深入理解乙肝感染机制,并为感染及相关疾病提供有用的治疗靶点。可是,这个难题在世界范围内几十年未能解决。北京生命科学研究所(下称北生所)的科学家经过数年攻关,终于发现了这一受体分子。
