卫生部公开征集2013年度食品安全国标立项建议--亲民维稳网络舆情监测室

  中新网11月21日电 卫生部日前在其官方网站发布公告,向社会公开征集2013年度食品安全国家标准立项建议。重点领域涵盖食品添加剂产品标准,食品容器、包装材料等相关产品基础标准等。

Beijing, nov. 21 in the ministry of health has issued the official web site,To social public solicitation 2013 year the national food safety standards and Suggestions.Key areas covered food additive product standard,Food container/Packaging materials and other related products such as basic standard.

  公告设立了七个征集建议的重点领域:食品中污染物、致病性微生物等危害人体健康物质限量等基础标准;食品产品安全标准;食品添加剂产品标准;营养与特殊膳食食品标准;食品容器、包装材料等食品相关产品基础标准;食品生产经营过程的卫生要求标准;与基础标准配套的检验方法与规程标准。

Announcement set up seven solicitation suggested key areas:Food pollutant/Pathogenic microorganism, etc., which endanger human body health material set limit and other basic standard;Food products safety standards;Food additive product standard;Nutrition and special dietary food standard;Food container/Packing materials food related products basic standard;Food production and operation process requirements of hygiene standard;And the basic standard of form a complete set of test method and procedure standard.

  公告指出2013年食品安全国家标准立项建议应当符合如下五点:《食品安全法》及其实施条例和《食品安全国家标准管理办法》;《国务院关于加强食品安全工作的决定》和《国家食品安全监管体系“十二五”规划》;《食品安全国家标准“十二五”规划》和《食品标准清理工作方案》;有食品安全风险监测和评估结果为科学依据;我国国情和食品产业发展实际以及行业现实和监管实际需要。

  公告强调,提出立项建议的应当是科研机构、教育机构、学术团体或行业协会,鼓励相关单位联合提出立项建议。推荐承担标准起草的工作单位,应当有标准制修订的工作经验,能支持标准起草人工作,确保其按时完成标准起草工作。拟担任标准起草工作的负责人,应当熟悉食品安全国家标准管理法规,具有较高的学术水平,学风严谨,责任心强。
