昨日，记者从广州市困难群众医疗救助中心获悉，目前正在搭建救助中心—区县—街镇三级联网信息平台，预期2014年广州将实现医疗救助在定点医院的“一站式服务”，亦即参加居民医保、新农合、铁路医保等困难群众到定点医院就医，医疗费用在结算当场实现直接减免。
