12月1日是第25个世界艾滋病日，今年的主题是“行动起来向零艾滋迈进”。记者从卫生部获悉，我国15至24岁青少年和50岁以上老年人艾滋病感染数量逐年上升，仅今年1至10月就分别报告9514例和16131例，较去年同期分别增加12.8%和20.2%。

　　卫生部专家介绍，当前我国艾滋病疫情突出表现为经性途径传播已成为主要的传播途径，男男同性性传播比例上升明显，今年1至10月新报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中经性途径传播所占比例为84.9%，去年同期为77.9%，其中男男同性性传播所占比例为21.1%，去年同期为15%。2012年哨点监测发现，男男同性性行为人群艾滋病病毒感染率为6.7%。
