29日，河南省疾控中心发布本年度艾滋病疫情分析报告，发现60岁以上年龄组报告异性性传播感染数量增加明显，当年报告数占异性性传播报告数的比例从2008年的6.4%增加到今年1至10月的17.6%。

　　河南省疾控中心相关负责人称，全省艾滋病疫情快速上升的势头有所减缓，但艾滋病正在从高危人群向一般人群扩散，疫情形势依然严峻。河南省艾滋病整体呈现低流行态势，但个别地区疫情严重。河南省全人群感染率约为每万人5例，但驻马店、周口、南阳、商丘和开封市5市报告人数占全省报告总数的75.1%。(记者 刘金辉)
