中新网太原11月30日电 (屈丽霞 范丽芳)记者30日从山西省防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室获悉，截止2012年9月30日，山西累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人4886例，死亡1282例。2012年艾滋病感染病例549例。报告死亡病例106例。报告感染病例较去年同期上升16.1%。

　　山西省防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室称，山西艾滋病流行状况不容乐观，艾滋病发病率及死亡人数仍较高，部分人群发病有增长态势，流行的危险因素广泛存在，不同地区呈现不同流行特点，总体低流行、局部高流行，性传播成为主要传播途径，传播方式更加隐蔽，疫情正在从高危人群向一般人群扩散。

　　高危人群仍是受艾滋病威胁的主要人群，一般人群感染者所占比例持续增加，在发现的新感染者中，临床就诊发现占38.9%，无偿献血发现占5.8%，无偿献血艾滋病阳性率为0.3‰，表明人群中传染源以隐蔽的状态大量而广泛存在，防治知识知晓率提高与不健康生活方式人群的错位，社会歧视未得到根本性改变，加之部分地区和部门领导对艾滋病防治工作的认识不深，重视不够，增大了防控难度。

　　据介绍，山西目前已建立了6个确证实验室、508个筛查实验室，在全省形成了覆盖不同地域，涵盖各种人群的科学、灵敏、有效的监测检测网络。建立了51个高危人群艾滋病监测哨点，监测性病人群、男男同性恋人群、暗娼、流动人口、大学生等各种人群疫情状况。在基层建立以县疾控中心为主导，以乡卫生院和医疗机构咨询、转介服务为载体，村卫生所、社区卫生服务站宣传点为支撑，覆盖县、乡、村的自愿咨询检测工作网络，将艾滋病防治工作触角深入乡村、深入社区，提高了艾滋病自愿咨询检测服务的可及性。(完)
