由中国外商投资企业协会药品研制和开发行业委员会(RDPAC)、中国医药工业科研开发促进会等共同主办的“2012国际医药创新峰会”日前在京召开。全国人大常委会副委员长桑国卫院士到会并讲话。

　　在本次峰会上，RDPAC发布“全力提升中国医药产业创新能力研究报告”。该报告显示，中国政府正在全力提高医药产业的创新能力，并且已经在吸引人才、基础设施建设、制定产业标准等领域取得了一系列的卓越成绩。但是，目前中国患者在获得创新药物的时间上仍滞后西方发达国家8年左右，相关政策环境进一步改善将有利于改变这一现状。
