针对近日社会各界对急救问题的关注，北京市卫生局应急办主任黄春日前在接受中国青年报记者专访时表示，当前，北京市120和999综合急救网的呼叫满足率已达92.6%，已接近发达国家水平，但专业急救医护人才缺乏，是制约该数字进一步提高的最大瓶颈。
