中新社上海12月17日电 (记者 邹瑞玥)最新一期的《自然·遗传学》(Nature Genetics)杂志在线发表了由复旦大学遗传学研究所、遗传工程国家重点实验室教授余龙领衔完成的一项重大研究成果，确定人的STAT4和HLA-DQ基因是乙肝患者罹患肝癌的关键易感基因。

　　肝癌是全世界致死率高居第三的恶性肿瘤，也是中国常见的一种恶性疾病。全球每年约有70万人死于肝癌。病史调查表明，中国的肝癌病人中80%以上都有乙肝病史。根据卫生部发布的数据，中国目前总计有9300万乙肝病人，占全世界乙肝患者总数的三分之一以上。

　　余龙课题组联系了海内外30个课题组，66位学者开展协作攻关，收集了国内7个地区、总计11799例乙型肝炎患者的血细胞DNA样本。包括5480例有乙肝病变的肝癌病例和6319例有乙肝病史但无肝癌的对照者。运用全基因组关联分析技术比对分析了这两组人群的全基因组序列中近73万个单核苷酸多态位点的等位基因频率，最终在STAT4基因和HLA-DQ基因簇上发现了与乙肝癌变风险显著关联的易感基因位点，这在国际学术界属首次报道。
