中新网北京12月18日电 (记者 杜燕)目前，北京试点在5家市属三甲公立医院开展以医药分开为核心的综合改革。北京市医改办主任韩晓芳今天透露，北京将分析总结各医院不同阶段的试点经验，继续推进药品和耗材采购、配送制度改革，同时明年探索开展一级、二级公立医院改革试点。

　　作为试点医院，北京市朝阳医院执行院长陈勇今天透露，试点以来，患者负担明显减轻，尤其医保患者次均费用和自付费用总体均减少；同时，由于试点后取消药品加成，从利益机制上促进了合理用药，患者药品用药更加安全。
