医患沟通不足、不畅是造成医患关系紧张的直接原因之一。针对此问题，北京市医院管理局18日至20日举办北京市属医院人文医学首批培训班，专家将教医院负责人、医务人员如何向病人通告“坏消息”、怎样在危急情境下沟通等沟通技巧，以期减少或避免医患冲突。
