针对本市很多市民反映的生孩子难问题，北京市卫生局新闻发言人、副局长雷海潮近日在接受《人民日报》采访时表示，未来本市将扩建20余所大医院，增强各级医院产科服务能力，建立分流孕产妇机制，逐步缓解“分娩难题”。

　　雷海潮分析，市民反映的北京助产机构床位不够用的原因有四个，一方面绝大多数孕产妇都喜欢扎堆儿大医院生孩子；另一方面受传统观念影响，一些孕产妇喜欢扎堆儿某些年份生孩子，比如龙年、虎年、猴年、猪年等；第三个原因是，三级医院与二级医院产科费用差距小，难以引导产妇分级就医；第四个原因是部分民营医院收费较高，大部分居民难以支付。

　　据市卫生局统计，本市拥有产床数量完全可以满足孕产妇需求。截止到2011年底，北京市助产机构已发展到137家，绝大多数二、三级综合医院都设有产科，产科床位近4000张。具体分布情况是，北京市三级医院产科床位1354张，二级医院产科床位2239张，一级医院产科床位251张。“如果按照每张床一年周转60个产妇的平均水平计算，全市医院产科床位每年可接纳产妇24万。”雷海潮说，近几年，本市年分娩量为22万左右。
