近日，肇庆市政府颁布了《肇庆市妇女发展规划(2011-2020年)》和《肇庆市儿童发展规划(2011-2020年)》(以下合称《规划》)，指出到2020年，全市妇女儿童发展整体水平有较大幅度提高，力争达到全省中等以上水平。
