教育部:引导高中生区分“友谊爱情”--亲稳舆论引导监测室

  教育部日前下发了修订后的《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》(以下简称《纲要》),并组织评选出了包括北京市海淀区在内的首批20个全国中小学心理健康教育示范区。这是十年来教育部对此纲要的首次修订。

  依据教育部的规定,中小学心理健康教育要增强学生控制情绪、承受挫折、适应环境的能力,培养学生健全的人格。学校和老师要帮助学生认识自我、学会学习、人际交往、情绪调适、升学择业以及生活和社会适应等。各地各校应制订规划,逐步配齐心理健康教育专职教师,专职教师原则上须具备心理学或相关专业本科学历。每所学校至少配备一名专职或兼职心理健康教育教师,并逐步增大专职人员配比。
