珠海市卫生局相关负责人24日下午披露，该市拟于近期出台医师多点执业暂行办法，促进医疗机构间医师流动，特别是公立医院医师向社区卫生服务机构流动。

　　据这位负责人介绍，珠海拟创建城市公立医院对口联建、指导协管社区卫生服务机构的社区卫生服务管理新模式。为此，该办法拟将医师申请多点执业审批的职称要求从副主任医师放宽至主治医师。其中对于医院与社区卫生服务机构开展“联建协管”合作的，办法还要求医院安排高年资的住院医师或主治及以上医师到社区卫生服务机构开展诊疗活动，每周每家社区卫生服务机构的出诊时间在3个半天以上。
