日前，怀柔区请来孙塑伦、李祥舒，两位京城著名老中医，在京郊率先设立基层老中医传承工作室，通过“师徒传承”、“祖传口授”，总结、继承和创新中医临床经验和学术思想，培养高层次的中医药人才和新一代名中医。
